Striking and most unusual calcite from Santa Eulalia and the Tom Wolfe Calcite Collection. A sharp hematite-included scalenohedron is dramatically engulfed by a glassy, near colorless complex calcite rhomb with water-clear to frosted to frosted/etched faces leaving only the tip of the scalenohedron exposed! An utterly fascinating and essentially pristine 360-degree calcite from the Buena Tierra Mine. A significant find as even the cavern and mine level are known.
