Item Description

Fantastic color variations and striking form characterize this outstanding, rare style tourmaline and cleavelandite combination from the famous Goldconda District. A surreal 1.5 cm tourmaline with a heavily etched interior is dramatically set in the front of the striking and colorful tapered cluster of gemmy and lustrous multi-hued parallel-growth crystals. The variegated, layered olive-green crystals have gorgeous areas of yellow, orange and even red areas, which really light up when front or back lit. The terminated etched crystal and spray are both pristine. Some of spray tips are sharp pinacoids and some are rehealed, unusual in itself. An exceptional and highly unusual older 360-degree tourmaline combination from this famous locale.
