Item Description
A unique and very showy calcite specimen from the famous Buick Mine of Missouri. A partially hollow, gemmy and lustrous, calcite scalenohedron with pretty amber color and striated, lightly frosted faces is perched on three spots on a blocky, complex calcite rhomb below. The bit of matrix with galena, marcasite and dolomite really adds character. This aesthetic and very unusual cutie is complete all-around and pristine. Ex George Feist Collection # 3056.
