Item Description
From and old East Coast collection that we acquired, here is a specimen of the very rare nickel antimony sulfide Ullmannite from near Siegen, Germany. This is a rich and incredibly important example from this classic locality. Ullmannite, in good crystals, occurs very rarely, and this piece does show some crystallization here and there in the form of simple cubes. One does not have many opportunities to purchase a piece of this incredibly rare and sought after material from the area that is the type locality for the species! The piece comes with an old label from Minerals Unlimited.
