Item Description

Sparkly, canary-yellow, discrete, microcrystals of the uranium oxide tyuyamunite richly cover the sculptural clay matrix on this fine specimen from the famous Marie Mine in Montana. A unique piece, which includes a 9 mm, ribbed, fossilized mollusc on the back of the matrix. The base has been sawed to enhance the display quality.
