Item Description

An extremely rare and excellent example of sharp, gemmy and lustrous, multi-colored olive-green, twinned albite crystals from a very uncommon Mexican locale - the Fili Mine in Chihuahua. This variety of feldspar is called moonstone, due to the pearly and opalescent luster. This striking and pristine matrix specimen is from a small find in the mid 1990s. Crystallized moonstone is very rare! Valued at $400-500.
