Item Description

Mineral specimens, in general, are rare from this iron ore district. This deal hosts two, colorful, rich and rare combination thumbnails from the Matioli Collection. Bright sky-blue spherical aggregates of tiny turquoise crystals and tiny blebs of green variscite are scattered amongst the quartz crystals on one piece. Clusters of green chalcosiderite lathes on massive hematite with quartz are on the other piece.
