Item Description
Yes, Colorado has Turquoise specimens. The area around Cripple Creek is actually well-known for some beautiful and fine quality Turquoise deposits, but material is always scarce. This attractive thumbnail features beautiful rich robin's egg blue color patches of Turquoise scattered on several sides of the underlying host rock. It's one of the better examples of the material that we've had to offer in a long time, and would make a great novelty addition to any thumbnail suite or a collection of either Colorado minerals or worldwide Turquoise specimens.
