Item Description
This locality is best known for producing some of the finest CRYSTALS of Turquoise in the world. Turquoise might be a well known species, but it's often found in un-crystallized masses and "lumps" from most localities, but the pieces from Lynch Station are amongst the most sought after for the species. Specimens from this locality are next to impossible to obtain these days, and are well known amongst collectors. I photographed this piece under the microscope to better illustrate its quality, as it is truly a micro piece. It features dozens of small, but truly crystallized examples of Turquoise with vibrant electric greenish-blue color, sitting on Quartz matrix. A worthwhile example of this well known material.
