Striking contrasting parallel banding highlights both sides of the pretty light blue-green, cutter quality turquoise on this sculptural tapered nodule with a bit of attached matrix from this well-known extinct Cu-Mo-Ag-Au-gemstone-Zn-U-Pb mine. The Copper Cities Mine is well-known for having produced some of the finest Arizona or in the world turquoise and this is an excellent example. Seldom on the market today. Mass is 29 grams.
