Item Description

A beautiful and classic specimen of Turquoise from the classic Bishop Mine in Virginia. The piece originally comes from the collection of Allen Heyl and was part of Rich Kosnar's collection. The piece features rich blue-green Turquoise micro-crystals on Quartz. Lynch Station arguably produces the world's finest crystalized Turquoise. Crystallized Turquoise is for some reason a true rarity in nature and occurs only at a VERY few localities worldwide. I have photographed the piece under the microscope to better illustrate the quality.
