Item Description

A large percentage of the world's supply of commercial Turquoise comes from the Native Amerian reservations in the southwestern U.S. The material is some of the most consistent for color and quality in the world. New Mexico is known for its fine Turquoise and this stone is superb for its color consistency and absence of cracks or breaks. This large "Freeform Cabochon" gem has a lovely greenish-blue color, resembling some Amazonite I've seen. You don't see many Turquiose gems out there over 70 carats like this, and certainly is more than worthwhile for any collector. Valued at $352 high retail. A beautiful Turquoise gem for any collector.
