Item Description
A beautiful example of the classic Trilobites (the exact species is Flexicalymene meeki) from the Upper Ordovician Arnheim Formation in Highland County, Ohio. The Trilobite itself is incredibly well-preserved showing excellent details of the three main body parts, the cephalon (head), the thorax, and a pygidium (tail). The fossil itself measures 2.9 cm long, and is beautifully sitting on the host rock matrix. A wonderful example that would make a fine addition to any collection.
