Item Description

A fine, large (5.5 cm), trilobite from this classic US locale. Expertly prepped from the Middle Devonian Silica Shale (393-383 Mya), the fossil is fully inflated, the details of the thick exoskeleton are excellent (except for the damaged area), and the compound faceted eyes are totally intact. An excellent trilobite from the Robert Nowakowski Collection.
