Item Description
A wonderful Trilobite specimen (Elrathia kingii) from an undisclosed locality in Utah. The label only states that the piece is from Utah, and since there are so many places where they are found, it's hard to say specifically where it came from. With that said, if anybody out there can give us information as to where this piece might have been dug, please let us know. The specimen features a 1.7 cm long Trilobite frozen into dark grey colored shale matrix with incredibly well-preserved / defined features of the cephalon, thorax and pygidium all quite visible. A wonderful example of these classic fossils from Utah.
