Item Description
A "gem" of a 2-piece deal of beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored tourmalines from the famous Himalaya Mine. Both of the crystals have very gemmy, olive-green, lower sections followed by classic, pretty "Himalaya-pink" zones. A 2 mm, sharp and pretty, teal-blue zone lies just below the lustrous, frosted terminations of both crystals. Both are complete all-around and nearly pristine. The large crystal has very trivial termination edgewear and one spot of sidewear, while the smaller crystal has only trivial termination edgewear. These are classic, well-striated, polychrome beauties from this renowned locale. 37 grams total weight - 22 and 15 grams each. Ex Hubert de Monmonier & University of Arizona Museum Collections (definitely older pieces).
