Item Description
A balanced duo of lustrous black Schorl and snow-white Albite combine to produce this showy miniature from the pegmatite at Stak Nala, Pakistan. The stout Schorl crystal measures 2.5 cm2.4 cm across, has crisp edges, prism faces and displays a flat, pinacoid termination. It contrasts exceptionally well with the clusters of bright white Albite crystals that partially jacket the Schorl in very attractive way. The Albites occur as rosettes of platy crystals to 1.7 cm that adorn the lightly and striated Tourmaline crystal. The Albite crystals have a sparkle to them and are bright white and exceptionally attractive.A very aesthetic pairing!
