Tourmaline var: Rubellite (rare locality)

It's not common to see Tourmaline crystals from the Piauí Valley in Brazil for sale, especially a sharp, lustrous, well-formed example like this. Here we have a nice miniature sized piece featuring a pair of wonderful pink "Rubellite" Tourmaline crystals intergrown to create a showy little display specimen. One of the crystals unfortunately is broken on the termination, and the other crystal does have a decent sized nick on the termination, so the piece is not damage-free, but this piece is more about the locality. The crystals are certainly gemmy, and the color is very pleasing. A tiny bit of Muscovite can be seen on the piece for a nice touch.
