Item Description

This is a classic, multicolored tourmaline from the famous Maklhan deposits, with characteristic color and termination style to immediately scream RUSSIA when you see it on a shelf. It is a fine, full miniature, of 28.8 grams. Complete all around and without repair. Interestingly, this is a trim of a small crystal removed from the famous "Mad Max' cluster illustrated in the special Malkhans issue of Mineralogical Record, which documented this mining project from circa 2012-2018.
