Tourmaline is beloved by collectors for its wide range of vivid colors. It is considered rare for Tourmaline from any locality to produce orange colored stones. We obtained this stone from a dealer who told us it was Brazilian in origin, and the color is what really grabbed our attention. Please note that the stone is more pale in person than the photos might indicate. This particular gem is a beautiful, nearly eye clean gem with a lovely pinkish-orange color and slight peach highlights depending upon the angle at which the stone is viewed. It has a "Brilliant Oval" cut.
