Item Description
This is a beautiful, classic old-time Tourmaline from the Santa Rosa Mine in Brazil featuring a predominant, lustrous, gemmy, prismatic crystal of Tourmaline showing a saturated blue shade, and a glowing pink hue at its core, associated with an additional smaller Tourmaline on the side showing nearly only the blue color. The piece is in good shape, though not completely pristine, but it is un-repaired and displays nice as you can see from the video. When backlit, the colors really come through, and you can see a mixture of hues, creating a somewhat lavender color in one portion of the piece.
Specimen weight is 86.46 grams.
