Item Description
A cute and aesthetic combination thumbnail from the Pala Chief Mine. Tourmaline is uncommon from this locality, known for beryl and spodumene specimens. A gemmy and lustrous, green tourmaline rests against the side of a glassy, euhedral quartz crystal beautifully accented with two smaller tourmalines. Older material, as the piece is mounted in an original Willard J. Perkin "Perky" box (label on bottom). Ex Bill Larson/Pala International Collection.
