Tourmaline & Quartz (classic locale)

Item Description

A 4.8 cm tourmaline is aesthetically frozen in massive quartz matrix and is nicely accented by two pencil tourmalines. The glassy, translucent, well-striated bi-colored crystal has a lustrous, etched matte-black pinacoidal termination. The body of the tourmaline is mostly an interesting mottled olive-green with a couple areas of layering. The crystal is pristine. Classic, showy and highly representative material from the famous Cruzeiro Mine.
