Item Description
Madagascar has produced some of the most eye-catching polychrome Tourmaline specimens in the world, and sometimes they are sliced and polished to better show their beautiful internal coloring. This piece is a wonderful polished slice featuring a rich blue Indicolite "core" surrounded by a thin colorless band, which grades into a lovely pink hue and then a dark blue-green shade on the outer "rind". The periphery of the piece is complete all around, with no damage. A gorgeous example of these well-known and notably colorful Tourmaline slices.
