Item Description

A dramatic tourmaline on quartz CABINET specimen from the famous Strickland Quarry of Connecticut. The green, varibly sized prisms are lined up like smokstacks on this impressive piece. The lustrous, light apple-green crystals reach a large for the locale, 7.7 cm, and have opaque bodies with translucent terminations. The tourmalines are complete all-around and are essentially pristine, having some contacting, but very little or no damage. This is certainly one of the most impressive and large Strickland Quarry tourmaline crystal clusters we have seen. The base has been sawed to enhance the display quality.
