Item Description
An adorable 3.3 cm, variable grass-green, gemmy tourmaline crystal is dramatically set on the side of a stout, 4.0 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm, pristine, sharply terminated, translucent, satin luster smoky quartz crystal. The beautiful, glassy and lustrous, well-striated trigonal tourmaline has a striking, very unusual hoppered termination. The field of bone-white cleavelandite blades with embedded tiny green tourmalines is an excellent contrast and complement. The piece displays beautifully without aid. An outstanding and aesthetic small cabinet tourmaline combination from the famous pegmatites at Pech.
