Item Description

A 6.1 cm tourmaline crystal is aesthetically frozen in to the side of glassy milky quartz on this showy combination specimen from an unknown pegmatite in Minas Gerais. The terminated, glassy, striated crystal translucent to gemmy and has a beautifully diverse range of green hues. The small ding near the termination is only a modest detraction. There are many more broken tourmalines on the back of the quartz. Aesthetic, highly representative combination material.
