Item Description

A well-placed, 3.4 cm, translucent, lustrous, bi-colored tourmaline crystal with a beautiful, gemmy, golden-orange termination is the focal point on this showy and excellent combination specimen from the Malkhan pegmatites. A pretty pink, 2.0 cm, tourmaline is attached to the side of the crystal. The top of the bladed cleavelandite and smoky quartz matrix is carpeted with a myriad of sparkly, amber and pink tourmalines. Ex Al Ordway Collection and obtained in a trade with Tony Jones in 2003.
