Item Description
A really cool polychrome Tourmaline crystal on Quartz from the most famous Tourmaline locality in Pakistan. I have seen many Tourmaline specimens from Stak Nala for many years and the one characteristic of that many of them lacked was decent color. The crystal on this specimen measures 2.2 cm and features several colors ranging from a light pink shade to a slight colorless ("Achroite") area with a beautiful yellow-green color which gives way to an olive-green color, with a very dark green (nearly black) hue in the center. Found in 2002, and a really cool example of how one diverse the coloration of Tourmaline can be, even on the same specimen!
