Item Description
A luscious and lustrous, two-toned, classic "Himalaya pink" tourmaline is nicely accented with purple lepidolite. The pretty gemmy, translucent crystal has well-striated sides and the color change happens right at the healed break. The steep termination is a rehealed break. One edge of the termination is lightly contacted, but it is on the back of the piece. A classic Himalaya tourmaline. 97 grams. Ex Hubert de Monmonier & University of Arizona Museum Collections (definitely an older piece). Valued at $700-800.
