Item Description

A classic topaz gem crystal from the famous late 1960s and early 1970s finds here, included with slender dark green tourmaline. Just an unusual, contrasting specimen! This old treasure is from the collection of Shields Flynn.

This specimen is part of the 2022 Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium benefit auction, with proceeds benefiting Mineralogical Record, Rocks & Minerals, Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, and mindat.org. Thanks to all of our participants!
