Item Description

Classic and aesthetic miniature trio of two-toned tourmaline crystals from the renowned Cruzeiro Mine. Famous bottle-green, lustrous, striated, trigonal, gemmy/translucent layered prisms have nubby, matte schorl terminations. Complete all-around, The dominating large and secondary prisms are pristine. The small sidecar has a partially bruised termination. The piece has a beautiful green glow, when backlit. The mine is famous for bottle-green with schorl accents, polychrome and rubellite tourmalines. This is an excellent old-time Cruzeiro tourmaline from the 1960s-70s finds. 8 grams mass.
