Tourmaline (ex Brian Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

This mine has produced some of the most famous Tourmaline specimens in the world. This is a very attractive and very gemmy crystal. The majority of the crystal is nearly transparent with a beautiful pink hue, with a small portion showing a light greenish-yellow color. There is a crude termination on one end, but its the great gemminess that makes this crystal unlike so many others from this mine. A very cool and colorful single crystal from one of this renowned U.S. locality.
