Tourmaline (ex Allen Heyl Collection)

Item Description

Four small crystals of gem green "Verdelite" Tourmaline from the lesser known locality of Noyes Mountain Quarry (often called the Harvard Quarry), Maine. They range in size from 7 mm down to 2 mm. I don't have Harvard Quarry Tourmalines to offer for sale often, and I think if you like this material, this little group is worthwhile for any collector to pick up for their collection. From the collection of noted Colorado geologist, Allen V. Heyl, for whom the species Aheylite was named.
