Item Description
A striking and impressive doubly-terminated bi-color Tourmaline crystal from the world famous Himalaya mine. This mine has produced some of the most distinctive pink and green Tourmalines from any world locality. This crystal is a very attractive specimen with a notable thick green cap! The entire crystal has excellent luster, and the overall quality of the piece is very good with wonderful gemminess, bright colors, and only a few slight "rubs" on the terminations. One of the very few Tourmalines I have seen from this classic locality with such a distinctive green zone on one end. Please note that the color was difficult to replicate in the photos, and the piece looks slightly different in person than in the photo. Good sized for the material, and gemmy to boot! A very cool and colorful single crystal from one of this renowned U.S. locality. Valued at $3500 in the inventory.
