Item Description

This specimen is a complete floater, perfect all around, of gemmy translucent tourmaline from the famous Himalaya Mine in San Diego. It was collected, and is from, the collection of mine owner Bill Larson, sold to Risse long ago. It has a few small attached crystals of lepidolite, and we know the source - or you would think it a pink tourmaline from Afghani origin! It is simply perfect. 30 grams. Specimens of this quality are seldom available today.
