Item Description

A striking, old-time, tourmaline from the famous Santa Rosa Mine of Brazil. The highly lustrous, translucent, rich green, parallel-growth, touramline crystals have an incredible number of turreted, castle-like terminations on both sides. The backlit photo highlights the translucency and rich green color saturation. The modest edgewear is barely noticeable and is certainly not a detraction. Material of this quality probably dates to the 1960s or 70s. Ex Daniel Trinchillo Sr. Collection and comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $100 as a free bonus.
