Item Description

Lilac-colored, bladed, lepidolite rosettes, "flowers", are richly peppered on this dramatic and colorful tourmaline "cactus" from the famed Pederneira Mine. The striking, branching piece is highly lustrous, well-striated, transparent to translucent, olive-green elbaite with spectacular, totally pristine, mutitple terminations. This surreal tourmaline is complete all-around and pristine. This piece is possibly from the 1999 find or even older. Ex Bruce Carter Collection. Valued at $2000-2500.
