Item Description
Tourmalines are certainly among the most popular species for collectors, and no matter how many one encounters, a good one will always draw attention. This beautiful crystal has a striking color combination with a gemmy colorless ("Achroite") "cap" which gives way to a stunning teal/blue color that mixes into an inky purple color (almost black) at the base. There are a lot of Tourmaline crystals on the market from all over the world, but this one is unique, eye-catching and just plain pretty. To the best of my knowledge, the find of these crystals was very limited and I have not seen any of them available from the Pakistani dealers for quite a while. An unusually colored and attractive gem crystal. Priced at $1,250 in the inventory for the fine quality and unique color combination.
