Brazil has for many decades been a source of some of the finest Tourmaline gems in the world. I've seen Tourmalines in nearly every color you can think of from Brazil over the years. This particular stone is a gorgeous "Oval Brilliant" cut gem with a vivid lime green hue. It's not a dark saturated green, but a much livelier shade, that is not commonly seen from Brazil. The stone is very slightly included, but keep in mind that Tourmalines are classified as a "Type 3" stone which means that the large majority of gems are included and these inclusions are accepted by collectors and dealers, so eye clean stones are rare, especially in this size.
