Tourmaline and Quartz

Interesting example of the famous mushroom-habit Tourmalines that have come out of Mogok. The Tourmalines in this thumbnail have good luster and form, and the rich rose color is attractive, especially with the crystals having good translucence. The largest of the mushroom fans is about 6 mm, and they all rest in or on Quartz. None of the Tourmalines are quite complete. A good locality piece.
