Item Description
A very aesthetic combination thumbnail from the most famous tourmaline locality in Pakistan. The cleavelandite blades look like "angel wings" on the beautiful bi-colored tourmaline. This beauty features a gemmy soft baby pink termination underlain by a gemmy, bright greenish-yellow section. The body is olive-green. The prism faces and terminations of the tourmaline are highly lustrous, which is NOT common for these crystals. This is a fine display piece and a wonderful pegmatite specimen from a classic locality. These piece are becomingly increasingly difficult to find in todays market. This thumbnail dates to the 1980s finds. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock, who brought most of these to market.
