Item Description
A new find in 2024 from a classic old locality with its own unique style: Sculptural and aesthetic, 360-degree, small cabinet of classy, bi-colored Tourmalines, Albite and Muscovite from a new find at the famous pegmatites at Stak Nala. Beautiful, classic, gem, bottle-green termination areas highlight some of the numerous prisms. The tallest prism is 5.2 cm and the beautiful crystal with the gem section and groove is 3.6 cm tall. The glassy, lustrous, striated tourmalines have typical dark olive-green to black Schorl bases. Dark olive-green terminations on the gemmy prisms are a pleasing contrast. The many tourmalines are pleasingly embedded in snown-white bladed Cleavelandite, blocky Albite crystals and a single, nifty, 2.3 cm, very pearlescent, pseudohexagonal Muscovite book. There are about 24 tourmalines embedded in the feldspar, including the base. A contemporary classic, beautiful and excellent small cabinet combination from the new find at noted locale.
