The stone is very very slightly included, which is great for these gems. Tourmaline is classified as a "Type 3" gemstone, as inclusions are almost always present, and accepted by dealers and collectors, so when you find a stone with clarity like this, it's noteworthy. Brazil for decades has produced some very fine quality Tourmaline gems and this stone is a good example of said material.
