You'll find Tourmalines in every color of the rainbow, but pink is certainly one of the most popular colors for Tourmaline with dealers and collectors. This stone has a lovely "Oval Brilliant" cut with a good pink color for the size. The stone has nearly eye-clean clarity, which is significant since Tourmaline is classified as a type-3 gemstone, which means that inclusions in the stones are acceptable in the trade for collectors and dealers, so a stone with this clarity is a real treat to see. The gem was cut from a broken crystal found at the Cruzeiro Mine in Brazil in the early 2000s.
