Item Description
Beautiful cluster of classic Pederneira Tourmaline: Each multihued crystal is partially-to-mostly gemmy (particularly, the largest 8 cm crystal is quite gemmy), lustrous, and has raspberry-red terminations characteristic of one particular small pocket hit about 2003. There is one barely visible repair and I know and there is another I cannot find easily - which, for a Ped cluster, is remarkably good as nearly all have multiple repairs. Also, this particular pocket is uniquely Ped in style...the combination of sculptural clusters and subtle color gradations. Truly, a terrific Tourmaline by any standard, very sculptural, and a good addition to any collection of gem crystals. Valued $3500. I paid nearly $2000 for it, once long ago around 2005, as I recall! and that was when they came out!
