Tourmaline

Tourmalines come in virtually every color and have some of the most vivid and rich pinks, greens and blues of any gems out there. This deep greenish-yellow "Oval" cut gem is an attractive example of this well known material. The piece has very slight inclusions, but Tourmalines are not often found in eye clean gems, in fact, they are classified as a "Type 3" stone which means that the large majority of these gems are included and these inclusions are accepted by collectors and dealers.
