Here we have a beautiful single crystal of gemmy blue green Tourmaline with sharp, glassy faces and good saturation. The crystal is in excellent shape, (virtually undamaged except for the bottom where it detached from the pocket) and would make a great addition to any Tourmaline suite or a gem crystal collection. Classic material and great quality from the standpiont of luster, gemminess and color. The color is truly indicative of the world famous Tourmalines from the Dunton Quarry in Maine, and doesn't really look like a Brazilian Tourmaline from the standpoint of color, the termination isn't right for Newry though. Valued at $1250 retail.
