Item Description

A pair of gemmy, highly lustrous, light raspberrry-red, Rubellite Tourmaline crystals, on Quartz, from the relatively recent finds at Mogok, Burma. Each crystal is about 1.3 cm across the width of the fan. The habit is very attractive, almost in smooth elegant fans. In fact, they be displayed horizontally as side by side fans, or vertically to give the appearance of a vertical bowtie. Very aesthetic either way. These "mushroom" - type tourmalines are some of the most unusual Tourmalines ever found and they are much sought after.
