Item Description
Torbernite and Schorl are both rare from this well-known Nevada locality, and the addition of Smoky Quartz mixed into the rhyolite matrix makes this even more of an exceptional small cabinet. The iridescent, lime-green Torbernite plates to 2.5 mm are sharp and really quite beautiful. I have not seen a Torbernite from Majuba Hill in which the crystals are so richly coating a plate like this. A very colorful, rare and excellent combination specimen.
